Mutation detailsThis mutation was discovered by its visible phenotype among G3 progeny of an ENU mutagenized male mouse. It comprises a G-to-A transition in the donor splice site of intron 6, one nucleotide after the exon (G-GTGAGC -> G-ATGAGC). This mutation is likely to destroy the splice site and cause skipping of out-of-frame exon 6. (J:145522)
