A lacZ reporter gene was shown to be expressed from this vector in mature peripheral CD4+CD8- and CD4-CD8+ SP T lymphocytes and in peripheral CD4-CD8- DN T cells. This line was estimated via densitometric analysis to carry 2 copies of the transgene. (J:105228, J:128658)
