• significant accumulation of thymocytes at the DN3 stage reduction of the DN4 population
• significant accumulation of thymocytes at the DN3 stage reduction of the DN4 population
• greater than a 10-fold increase in the DN fraction
• large reduction in the percentages of DP cells
• in spleen and lymph node
• a decrease in the percentage of pre-B late cells (Hardy Fraction D, CD43-)
• decrease in the number of T cells in the peripheral lymph nodes
• normal red and white pulp architecture is absent
• weigh about 3 times more than those from wild-type littermates
• structure of peripheral lymph nodes is abnormal and the number of lymph node T and B cells is decreased
