• sperm cells exhibit aberrant spindle configuration and premature chromosome separation during late pachytene and diplotene
• crossing-over foci are reduced 20% to 77% compared to in wild-type mice
• meiosis is arrested at metaphase I and become apoptotic
• sperm cells exhibit aberrant spindle configuration during late pachytene and diplotene

• 34 of 49 mice develop T and B cell lymphomas, 16 mice develop intestinal tumors (11 adenocarcinomas and 7 adenomas) and 4 mice develop squamous basal cell carcinoma of the skin
