N normal phenotype
behavior/neurological
• isolated male mice fail to exhibit an increase in open arm entries or in number of line crossings, make fewer attempts to enter from the enclosed arm into the central square, spend more time in motion, and travel a greater distance compared with isolated male wild-type mice
• group housed male exhibit less digging compared than group housed male wild-type mice
• isolated female mice exhibit an increase in number of open arm entries and fail to exhibit a decrease in number of closed arm entries compared with isolated wild-type female mice
• mice fewer entries into open arms than wild-type mice and Cckartm1Kym homozygotes
• mice spent less time in open arms and more time in enclosed arms than wild-type mice
• however, the number of entries into enclosed arms is normal
• in group housed male mice
• mice exhibit decreased mechanical sensitivity compared with wild-type mice that is not sensitive to L-365260 unlike in wild-type mice
• following sciatic nerve ligation, mice exhibit reduced inflammation and hyperemia in the spinal cord and fail to exhibit hyperalgesia compared with similarly treated wild-type mice
• however, naxolone treatment rescues mechanical sensitivity
• following sciatic nerve ligation, mice exhibit reduced inflammation and hyperemia in the spinal cord and fail to exhibit hyperalgesia compared with similarly treated wild-type mice

growth/size/body
• in isolated male mice

homeostasis/metabolism
N
• normal body temperature regulation in response to changes in ambient temperature and normal circadian rhythm of body temperature

cardiovascular system
• following sciatic nerve ligation, mice exhibit hyperemia in the spinal cord unlike similarly treated wild-type mice
