mortality/aging
• 86% of mice die by 106 weeks of age
• mean life expectancy is reduced to 101 weeks compared to 115 to 150 weeks in C57BL/6 mice

neoplasm
• at autopsy mice have severe disseminated, primarily B cell lymphomas in the lymph nodes and spleen, and frequent metastasis to the liver and kidney
• B cell lymphomas have diffuse, but not follicular, patterns and are clonally derived
• however, no other types of tumors were found
• at approximately 80 weeks mice develop abdominal masses

immune system
• significant increased in the secretion of IL-4, OL-10, and IFNG
• reduction in the incidence of type 1 diabetes induced by toxin STZ to 5% compared to 59% in control mice
• experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) severity is significantly reduced and mortality is reduced to 14% compared to 24% in control mice

renal/urinary system
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice

reproductive system
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice

endocrine/exocrine glands
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice

growth/size/body
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice
• 50% of mice have multi-organ cysts involving the kidney, ovary and prostate compared to 14% of control mice
