Notes

Mapping and Phenotype information for this QTL, its variants and associated markers

J:151149

Statistically during monocular deprivation C57BL/6J showed a shift toward the undeprived eye whereas DBA/2J did not allowing for the mapping of the trait in BXD RI lines. Lines 1,2,6,9,11,13,14,16,19,21,27,28,29,31,32,33,34,36,39 and 40 were informativein mapping a QTL for loss of responsiveness after monocular deprivation to mouse chromosome 16 (LRS =21) between rs3656776 (73.63 Mb) and rs3680665 (84.44Mb). Hspa13 (Stch) and Nrip1 were suggested as candidate genes that underlie the QTL.
