Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted
Mutations:    Insertion, Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThe J1-4 regions were replaced with a J558 H10 family promoter, the H10 split leader sequence, a rearranged human heavy chain sequence of the HIV-1 antibody 4E10 (a self-/polyreactive, anti-gp41 BnAb) and a floxed neomycin resistance (neo) cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:205708)
