Mutation detailsLbr coding sequence with the second-to-last intron retained was inserted along with IRES-eGFP and placed under the control of tetO and a minimal promoter. Seven of 25 pups born from surrogate mothers were positive for the transgene by GFP genotyping. Five of seven transgenic lines expressed GFP in OSNs when crossed to OMP-IRES-tTA. The line chosen for analysis had an intermediate expression level and expressed GFP in most OSNs. (J:193207)
