Seven of 25 pups born from surrogate mothers were positive for the transgene by GFP genotyping. Five of seven transgenic lines expressed GFP in OSNs when crossed to OMP-IRES-tTA. The line chosen for analysis had an intermediate expression level and expressed GFP in most OSNs. (J:193207)
