• Mutation details: A YAC containing a full-length human huntingtin gene under the control of the endogenous human HDH promoter was modified with a 128 CAG repeat expansion. The resulting construct (YAC128) was used to generate transgenic mice. At least three lines were created (53, 54, 55). This is the record for pooled or unidentified lines. (J:84453)
