Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Mutation details: The 295 bp of the pre-microRNA was replaced with a floxed neo cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. The absence of transcript expression was confirmed by qRT-PCR on bone marrow, spleen, and thymus extracts. (J:173671)
