• Mutation: Intragenic deletion
• Mutation details: A floxed cassette containing both Neo and TK selection markers was introduced into the second intron and a third loxP site into intron 4 of the gene. After transient Cre expression, clones were selected that had the selection cassette and exons 3 and 4 removed. Gene inactivation was confirmed by immunoblotting of protein from E9.5 embryos.
