Mutation details: A targeting vector was created in which exons 4-6 were floxed with loxP sites. This region encodes the double glycine repeat domain. Excision of these exons is predicted to result in generation of a truncated form incapable of repressing Nfe2l2 activity. This allele has reduced expression of the protein and is hypomorphic.
