• Mutation details: This transgene expresses Cre recombinase under the control of a human keratin 14 promoter. This transgene is expressed in the epidermis, hair follicles and the epithelium of the tongue. Three lines were generated (K14Cre#47, K14Cre#44, and K14Cre#105) which all show maternal cre mediated deletion. (J:77233, J:89717)
