• Mutation details: The transgene consists of a human MST1R cDNA cloned between a human SFTPC promoter and SV40 polyadenylation signal. 3.7 kb of human SFTPC promoter sequences drives transgene expression in the lungs. Western blot analysis shows high transgene expression in the lung and no other tissues examined. (J:79080)
