• Mutation details: 1.4 kb CASP1 cDNA was adjoined to the human keratin 14 (KRT14) promoter and rabbit beta-globin intron. The human keratin 14 promoter drives expression in epidermal tissue. Expression analysis showed transgenic expression in the skin, but not in liver, kidney, colon, lung, brain, or spleen tissue. (J:79706)
