Neither Dad1 transcript nor protein was detected in homozygous mutant mice by RNAse protection or Western blot analyses. Expression analysis showed the deleted hypersensitive sites were necessary for the enhancement of Tcra transcription in a fraction of immature T cells. (J:77517, J:77676)
