A semidominant X-ray-induced mutation results in severe length reductions of forelimb and hindlimb zeugopods, near absence of ulna, abnormal articulations in the carpus and tarsus, and genetic background-sensitive postnatal survival; heterozygous males do not breed and show increased bleeding times.
