Assay notes: Three Nr1i2 probes were described, but the one used in this assay was not detailed. PXR probe 2 MGI:7798870 (recognizing only PXR.1) or PXR probe 3 MGI:7798871 (recognizing both PXR.1 and PXR.2) may have been used. Similar results were obtained with all three probes. However, signal intensity was consistently higher with probes that recognize both transcripts.
