Notes:
(a) The intensity of this band increased with increasing stage of development. Using the level of protein found at E13.5 as the reference, the level of Prpn was about 130% higher at both E15.5 and E17.5. Furthermore, the level of PrP was about 160% higher at P0, and about 370 and 590% higher at P2 and P5, respectively.
