Mutant mice were bred with Tg(CMV-cre)1Cgn mice (on a C57BL/6 congenic background) to remove the neo selection cassette. qPCR failed to detect mRNA in mutants. GFP expression is detected in dendritic cells in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid peripheral tissues. (J:206430)
