The open reading frame after the ATG start codon located in exons 2 and 3 was replaced by an EGFP-FRT-PGK-neomycin-FRT cassette. The PGK-neomycin cassette was removed via transfection with an arabinose-induced FLP recombinase plasmid. Line 1 was generated. (J:168390)
