description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion
  Tg(UBC-mCherry)1Phbs involves 1 genes/genome features (Ing3) View all

Mutation detailsThe transgene contains a lentiviral vector containing the monomeric red fluorescent protein, mCherry, under the control of the human ubiqutin C promoter. Line 1 was generated. The integration site of the UbC-mCherry cassette was detected at 6qA3.1 within intron 5, disrupting the Ing3 locus by uncharacterized mechanisms. (J:177977, J:287259)
