Transgene
description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Inserted expressed sequence)
Mutation:    Insertion

Tg(TcraTcrbNY4.1)1Pesa expresses 2 genes

Mutation detailsFunctional VDJ beta (V beta 11 and J beta 2.4) and VJ alpha (V alpha x4.1 and J alpha 33) rearrangements were isolated from the beta cell cytotoxic CD4(+) T cell clone NY4.1. Upstream regulatory sequences together with either TCR-beta or TCR-alpha enhancers, as appropriate, were associated with VDJbeta or VJalpha. The resulting TCR alpha and beta constructs were coinjected and cointegrated into (SJLXC57BL/6J)F2 oocytes. (J:108768)
