Assay notes:	Fixative was 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.1% glutaraldehyde. To visualize signals, a tyramide signal amplification followed by fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled streptavidin was employed. The probe used in this assay was 5' labelled.
