Mutation detailsA neomycin resistance gene replaced the coding sequences of apolipoprotein A-I, apolipoprotein C-III and the first two exons of apolipoprotein A-IV. Northern blot of mutant liver and intestine demonstrated successful ablation of expression of all three genes. Western blot confirmed absence of protein of each gene. (J:109005)
