Expression is enhanced by inclusion in the construct of most of the human growth hormone gene to provide intronic, 3' non-coding and polyadenylation sequences. Transgenic mice show blood circulating blood levels of CTLA4Ig that are easily detectable by ELISA or functional assays. (J:35353, J:65045)
